I’m a influencer and I would like to borrow a dress , do you do press loan?
We normally don't offer any press loans as this is a non-sale couture brand. We treat all our customers equally, regardless of their numbers of followers on social media.
Occasionally, creative collaborations can be made for non-commercial well-known international galas and magazine editorials (such as Vogue, Harper's Bazaar, Met Gala & Oscars).

Where can I find the prices?
Our rental prices starts from 500 EURO including VAT to 850 EURO depending on the style and if there’s any needs of adjustments. For the final price please consult with the designer and the stylist during your fitting.
How are the dresses made?
All the dresses are all handmade in Stockholm and it takes around 300 hours. We try to use as much upcycled materials as possible.
We works towards no waste, with the residual fabrics, we create matching baby couture dresses .
Do you sell the dresses?
No, our couture dresses are rental-only none-sale based.
Do you serve international clients?
ATM we are only available in Stockholm.

Our concept is Made to measure but in a sustainable way.
The whole process of renting a dress is like buying a dress at any other couture houses where you do appointments , consultations and we find a dress unique for you.
The only difference is what happens after you used your dress for that special occasion or wedding. Instead only using it once and letting it hang and take place in your closet , we reuse the fabric and give it a new life. We make sure every client gets their special dress on their special day and saving environment at the same time.
Terms & conditions
Press collaborations
§1 Paid collaborations
We do not engage in paid collaborations, we also don’t sponsor / rent out any items for free in exchange for exposure on social media. We believe in organic growth and genuine interest in the brand, as well as total transparency between us and the customers. We will not pay to be featured in any magazine or give away items on demand to celebrities.
§2 Press collaboration
Press collaborations can sometimes be made for well-known galas and magazines ( such as Vogue , Harper's Bazaar ,Met Gala & Oscars )
Contact info@louisexin.com for your request. In case of press collaboration, credits must be given to Louise Xin Couture by the celebrity /magazine client for the collaboration. Any damage will be charged according to the same conditions as in the rental terms, as a percentage of the rental fee that would have charged if the garment had been rented out to a customer and shipping cost paid by the client.
§3 Return of garment
In case of press collaboration, the garment must be returned or sent back maximum 3 days after the event has taken place. The client stands for the delivery fee and dry clean if needed.
§4 Portfolio rights
Louise Xin Couture has the rights to use the images from the event for marketing purposes. At least one image with the full look where the garments is clearly shown must be included in the magazine, or in case of celebrity use feature on thier primary social media channel. In both cases the collaboration partner must provide a picture of the full look to Louise Xin Couture.
Rental terms
§5 Rental Period
The Rental Period refers to the agreed upon period that the customer booked the garment for. The Rental Period starts the day the garment has been handed by Louise Xin Couture to the Customer or third party delivery service, and last after 3 days on the rental return due date. If the Customer has not returned the garment by then, Louise Xin Couture has the right to charge an additional Rental Fee.
§6 Rental fee and Payment
The Rental fee shall be the price offered by Louise Xin Couture current price according to agreement or as detailed on Louise Xin couture website. Louise Xin Couture reserves the right to change the price in the event of a variation to the customer’s requirements.
The Rental Fee shall be paid in advance, by creditcard or bank transfer.
§7 Terms of use
Garments provided by Louise Xin Couture are exclusive one piece only items and their usage affects our brand. The garment may only be used by the wearer stated in the Rental agreement, and only for the occasion specified in the Rental agreement.
Louise Xin Couture retains ownership of the rental garment. All risk associated with the garment passes to the Customer at the time of us sending the garment to the customer. The Customer accepts full responsibility for the safekeeping of the garment.
All drug use is prohibited while wearing a rental garment and alcohol may only be consumed with moderation. If the Customer comports themself disgracefully while wearing the rental garment, Louise Xin reserves the right to charge an additional fee for damaging our brand. Louise Xin Couture reserves the exclusive right to judge the severity of the Damages and what fee is appropriate
§8 Damages and Cleaning Fee
The Customer must be careful not to stain or damage the garment. Dry clean is included in the Rental Fee, but if the garment has sustained hard-to-remove stains and requires extra cleaning, the customer will be charged a Cleaning Fee, which amounts to 100% of the Rental Price
Stains that can’t be removed will count as Damages, as will any other tear or alteration of the garment. If the garment is Damaged upon return, the Customer will be charged an additional fee of between 20% and 100% of the Rental Fee, depending on the amount of damage incured. Louise Xin Group reserves the exclusive right to judge the severity of the Damages and what fee is appropriate.
Customers will not attempt to clean, repair, or alter the rental garment at any time without consent from Louise Xin Group. If the garment gets damaged or has been returned with wear and tear, the client will pay the applicable repair/alteration fees. In addition to the repair fees, the customer shall pay any loss of business and possible loss in value of item due to the damage incurred to the garment.
§9 Order Cancellation
If the Customer cancels the order Louise Xin Couture will issue store credit if the cancellation occurs before the beginning of their rental period but after the rental Fee has been payed. To cancel an order, we require the customer to contact our Customer Service by replying to the order confirmation email. If the order is cancelled less than 3 days before the Rental Period, we reserve the right to charge 100% of the Rental Fee
Louise Xin Couture may cancel your order due to an unforeseen event, such that the item you ordered suddenly became out of stock and/or is no longer available for hire. If an item in your order does become unavailable, you will be contacted about the cancellation via email or SMS. The Customer will receive a full refund in cases where we cancel your order.
§10 Customer privacy
Protecting the privacy of our customers is important to us and we comply with the regulations of GDPR. Any contact information you provide in an information request will be used only for the purpose of fullfilling the terms of the Rental Agreement. Without your express authorization, we will not divulge any information to third party for purposes other than what is nessesary for the fulfillment of the Rental Agreement.
